As a Love First Certified Clinical Interventionist, I help families through one of the most painful experiences they'll ever face - when someone they love is struggling with addiction. Addiction doesn't happen in a vacuum; it impacts everyone, bringing confusion, fear, and exhaustion into the home. My role is to help you reclaim hope. Working closely with your intervention team, we create a well-planned, respectful, and loving intervention centered on one goal: motivating your loved one to accept help. Together, we build a path forward. one with clarity, healing, and the real possibility of lasting recovery. You don't have to navigate this alone. I'll be with you every step of the way.

Loving someone with an addiction is exhausting and isolating. Family coaching gives you a steady, supportive space to understand addiction as an illness, learn about healthy boundaries, break unhelpful patterns, and rebuild your own wellness. Family coaching gives you the posture to start doing things differently.

Getting sober is the beginning. Building a life you actually want to stay in is the real work. Recovery coaching is one-on-one support to help you find structure, accountability, and momentum in early recovery and beyond. Through regular virtual sessions, plus the option of in-person, experiential coaching where I travel to you and we do the work together, out in real life.

When someone you love needs help, the hardest part is often knowing where to even begin. There are countless options, opinions, and unknowns - and no clear map. A consultation gives you that map. I help individuals and families make sense of an overwhelming process: understanding the situation, weighing options, and knowing what step actually comes next. From level-of-care questions and treatment decisions to the logistics in between, I bring clarity where there was confusion, and because I'm fully independent, with no ties to treatment centers, every recommendation is based only on what's genuinely best for your loved one.
